Senior Accountant – Bhopal (GST, Compliance & Payroll)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Senior Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting, statutory compliance and payroll operations for our Bhopal operations.

This is a hands-on role requiring strong knowledge of GST, PF, ESI, TDS and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

·      Maintain books of accounts and day-to-day accounting entries

·      Handle GST filings, returns and reconciliations

·      Manage TDS compliance and filings

·      Process salary, payroll, PF and ESI compliance

·      Track vendor payments, reimbursements and collections

·      Coordinate with CA and auditors for compliance and filings

·      Prepare basic MIS reports and financial summaries

·      Ensure adherence to statutory and regulatory requirements

Candidate Profile:

·      4–8 years of experience in accounting and compliance

·      Strong working knowledge of GST, TDS, PF, ESI and payroll

·      Experience with Tally / accounting software

·      Good understanding of statutory compliance and filings

·      Detail-oriented, disciplined and reliable

·      Preferably based in or familiar with Bhopal

Preferred Qualification:

·      B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / equivalent

·      Experience in startup or SME environment is a plus
