Job Title: Senior Desktop Support Engineer (BPO)

Job Summary:We are looking for a Senior Desktop Support Engineer to handle technical issues for our BPO operations. You will support users on the production floor, fix computer and network problems, and make sure systems run smoothly 24x7. You’ll also guide junior engineers and help improve support processes.

• Main Responsibilities:Provide advanced support for desktops, laptops, and related equipment.
• Troubleshoot system, software, and network issues for BPO staff.
• Manage user accounts, passwords, and access in Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
• Support call center tools like Avaya, Genesys, or Cisco phones.
• Install, update, and secure systems using tools like SCCM or Intune.
• Maintain IT assets and ensure quick issue resolution within SLAs.
• Work closely with other IT teams (network, server, security) for escalations.
• Train and support junior engineers.
• Create and maintain documentation of IT processes and solutions.
• Requirements:Graduate in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of desktop support experience (2+ years in a BPO or call center).
• Good knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and basic networking.
• Experience supporting VoIP/call center systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Ready to work in 24x7 rotational shifts.
• Preferred Skills / Certifications:ITIL, CompTIA, or Microsoft certifications.
• Experience with SCCM, Intune, or ServiceNow.
• Knowledge of IT security and data protection standards.
• Key Strengths:Good problem-solving and teamwork skills.
• Ability to handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
