Job Description

Job Summary :

Bharat Agrolink is looking for an experienced Senior Operations Manager to lead and streamline end-to-end logistics and operations. The role involves managing the order lifecycle, vendor coordination, invoicing processes, and ensuring smooth execution across all e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate should be process-driven, tech-savvy, and capable of leading cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the complete order lifecycle, including order processing, confirmation, dispatch, and delivery
  • Oversee daily logistics operations to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
  • Coordinate with vendors and logistics partners for smooth supply chain operations
  • Handle vendor onboarding, performance monitoring, and relationship management
  • Supervise and manage the invoice and billing team, ensuring accuracy and timely closure
  • Track orders regularly and resolve delivery issues, delays, and RTO cases effectively
  • Ensure proper order tracking and status updates across systems and stakeholders
  • Monitor operational KPIs such as TAT, RTO rate, delivery success rate, and cost efficiency
  • Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce operational gaps
  • Work closely with sales, customer support, and finance teams for seamless coordination
  • Ensure compliance with internal SOPs and company policies
  • Required Skills & Experience: Minimum 2–4 years of experience in operations or logistics management
  • Strong experience in managing e-commerce operations and tools (OMS, ERP, CRM, logistics dashboards, marketplaces, etc.)
  • Proven experience in vendor management and logistics coordination
  • Hands-on experience in order management, invoicing, and backend operations
  • Strong team management and leadership skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume operational environment
