Senior Technician

Job Description – Service Technician (ST)Location: Indiranagar, Bangalore

Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month

• Experience Required Minimum 1 year total experience
• Mandatory experience in EV (Electric Vehicle) servicing
• Roles & Responsibilities Perform routine servicing, inspection, and maintenance of EV two-wheelers
• Diagnose and repair EV components such as battery, motor, controller, wiring, and charging systems
• Identify faults and resolve technical issues efficiently
• Ensure service quality and adherence to safety standards
• Maintain job cards and service records
• Coordinate with senior technicians for complex repairs
• Ensure customer satisfaction through quality service
• Skills Required Knowledge of EV systems and electrical components
• Ability to use diagnostic tools
• Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical repairs
• Willingness to learn new EV technologies
• Good communication and teamwork skills

• Supervise and guide service technicians
• Troubleshoot battery management systems (BMS), motor issues, and controller faults
• Ensure timely completion of service jobs
• Maintain high service quality and workshop discipline
• Support training of junior technicians
• Handle customer technical queries when required
• Skills Required Strong expertise in EV electrical & electronic systems
• Leadership and mentoring ability
• Problem-solving and analytical skills
• Knowledge of safety standards in EV servicing
