Role Overview:We are looking for a motivated and polite telecaller to connect with customers who have recently made purchases on Amazon and request them to share their honest reviews. Your role will be crucial in helping us build credibility, improve product visibility, and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Key Responsibilities:Call recent Amazon customers to request product feedback and guide them on how to leave a review.
• Maintain a friendly, helpful, and respectful tone during all interactions.
• Record call outcomes and maintain a daily report.
• Follow scripts when handling different customer types and situations.
• Coordinate with the team to resolve any customer concerns or queries.
• Requirements:Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English (any other regional language is a plus).
• Basic knowledge of how Amazon product reviews work.
• Prior experience in customer service or telecalling is preferred.
• Ability to remain patient and courteous during calls.
• Self-motivated and target-driven.
