Site Supervisor

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Site Supervisor to oversee and manage day-to-day activities at our railway project sites. The ideal candidate will ensure that all work is carried out safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate on-site construction and installation activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality control.
• Monitor project progress, maintain DPR and report to project managers.
• Manage manpower, materials, and subcontractors effectively.
• Maintain daily site records and ensure smooth execution of work.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in railway or infrastructure projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
