Ashvi Irrigation is a fast-growing company working in Greenhouses, Hydroponics, Irrigation Systems, and Protected Cultivation Projects. across India. We execute projects in multiple states and are looking for responsible Site Supervisors who can manage projects on-site.

Job Role 

We are looking for a Site Supervisor who is ready to travel across India and handle project sites independently.

This is a travel-based job where you will:

* Travel to project sites across India

* Stay at site for 30–45 days

* Handle daily site work

* Manage local labour

* Arrange local materials when required

* Coordinate with head office

* Solve site issues and complete work on time

After project completion, you may:

* Come back home OR

* Move to another project site

 Key Responsibilities

Candidate will be responsible for:

• Traveling to project sites across India

• Staying at site location for 30–45 days

• Supervising daily installation work

• Managing local labour and technicians

• Hiring local labour when required

• Procuring small materials locally (if needed)

• Handling site issues independently

• Coordinating with office team daily

• Sending daily progress updates (Photos + Reports)

• Ensuring work quality and safety

• Completing project within timeline

 Who Should Apply

 Required Skills

• Basic site supervision experience

• Labour handling experience

• Basic understanding of construction / fabrication / irrigation work

• Good communication skills

• Problem solving attitude

• Basic mobile usage (WhatsApp, Photos, Calls, Reports)

Qualification (Preferred)

• Diploma / ITI / Engineering (Preferred but not mandatory)

OR

• Experience in site supervision (Most Important)

Experience

Preferred:

• 1–5 Years Site Experience

Freshers with strong attitude can also apply

Travel & Stay

• Travel across India required

• Stay at site required

• Travel expenses covered by company

• Stay arrangements provided by company

Salary
