Social Media Executive – Content & Growth

Role Overview:

We are hiring a Social Media Executive who can manage and grow Screenista’s social media presence through strong content, storytelling and consistency.

This role goes beyond posting—you will help shape how the brand is seen by:

·      investors

·      advertisers

·      partners

·      future employees

Key Responsibilities:

·      Create and manage content for LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram and other platforms

·      Develop weekly and monthly content calendars

·      Design posts, carousels, short videos and creatives

·      Write engaging captions and brand messaging

·      Manage posting, comments and engagement

·      Work closely with Founder for thought leadership content

·      Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, followers)

·      Stay updated with trends in advertising, startups and content

Candidate Profile:

·      2–4 years experience in social media management / content creation

·      Strong skills in content writing and storytelling

·      Experience with tools like Canva / basic video editing tools

·      Understanding of LinkedIn and Instagram growth strategies

·      Creative mindset with attention to detail

·      Ability to execute consistently

Preferred Background:

·      Experience working with startup founders or brands

·      Interest in advertising, marketing or media industry

·      Basic understanding of branding and positioning
