Solar PV Installer

We are looking for a skilled and safety-focused Solar Installer to install, maintain, and support solar PV systems. The role involves on-site installation of solar panels, structures, DC/AC electrical work, and system commissioning as per design and safety standards.

• Key ResponsibilitiesInstall solar PV panels, mounting structures, and related hardware on rooftops or ground-mounted systems
• Perform DC cabling, AC wiring, earthing, and lightning protection
• Install inverters, junction boxes, and balance of system components
• Read and understand solar layout drawings and single-line diagrams
• Ensure installation quality as per MNRE / DISCOM / company standards
• Perform basic testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting
• Follow all safety procedures while working at height and with electrical systems
• Coordinate with site supervisor and project team
• Maintain tools, equipment, and cleanliness at the site
• Required Skills & QualificationsITI / Diploma / equivalent technical qualification (preferred)
• 1–3 years of experience in solar installation (freshers with training can apply)
• Knowledge of solar panels, inverters, DC & AC systems
• Basic understanding of electrical safety and earthing
• Ability to work on rooftops and outdoor sites
• Willingness to travel to project locations
• Preferred SkillsExperience with residential, commercial, or MW-scale solar plants
• Experience in net-metering projects
• Ability to identify and fix common installation faults
