Job Overview: Madhav Technologies is looking for a dedicated and skilled Solar Technician to join our growing team in the solar energy sector. The candidate will be responsible for installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of solar power systems.

Key Responsibilities: Install and commission solar panel systems at residential and commercial sites

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections of solar equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair system issues efficiently
• Assist in site surveys and system design support
• Ensure safety standards and procedures are followed at all times
• Coordinate with team members and report progress to supervisors

Requirements: ITI / Diploma in Electrical or related field

• Basic knowledge of solar systems preferred
• Ability to work at heights and on-site locations
• Good problem-solving and technical skills
• Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply
