Sr SDET Trainer

We are looking for a passionate, energetic trainer to lead our SDET course and inspire learners.

Core Responsibilities

Training Delivery

• Teach our 16-week SDET curriculum to 2 batches (weekday/weekend split)
• Cover: Manual testing, Selenium, Java/Python, API testing, frameworks, CI/CD basics
• Conduct hands-on labs, coding exercises, and project work
• Explain concepts clearly to students with no prior tech background

Student Support

• Track student attendance and assignment completion
• Help struggling students through doubt sessions
• Conduct mock interviews and technical practice sessions
• Provide feedback on student progress to management

Administrative

• Maintain batch records, grade assignments/projects
• Coordinate with placement team on student readiness
• Share weekly updates on batch progress

Required Qualifications

Must Have

• Teaching Experience (Critical)
• Minimum 3 years of teaching/training experience in IT domain
• Experience with classroom management (20+ students)
• Comfortable explaining technical concepts to beginners
• Patient with different learning speeds

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge in:
• Manual testing fundamentals
• Selenium WebDriver (Java or Python)
• API testing (Postman basics)
• TestNG/JUnit
• Basic SQL
• Git/GitHub basics
• Should be able to write and demonstrate code examples
• Understand SDLC and agile methodology

Communication

• Good English communication (written and verbal)
• Clear explanation skills
• Able to conduct sessions in Hindi/English mix (as needed)

Good to Have

• Corporate work experience in QA/SDET role
• Exposure to Jenkins, Docker, cloud platforms
• Content creation experience (videos, notes)
• Prior bootcamp/institute teaching experience
• Placement coordination experience
