Staff Recruitment 10 person: Boutique Assistant & Hand-Printing working on dupatta

Tailoring Helper / Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

Finishing: Performing handwork such as hemming (Turpai), attaching hooks, eyes, buttons, and decorative tassels (latkans).

Fabric Care: Steam-ironing fabrics before cutting and final pressing finished garments.

Machine Work: Basic interlocking (overlock) and attaching borders/laces.

Maintenance: Keeping the workstation tidy and organizing tailoring supplies.

Position 2: Name-Printing / Personalization Staff

Key Responsibilities:

Dupatta Customization: Expertly writing or hand-printing names on dupattas/shawls.

Artistic Detail: Ensuring the font style is neat, elegant, and consistent as per client requests.

Fabric Painting/Hand-Work: Using high-quality fabric paints or hand-embroidery to personalize bridal and ceremonial dupattas.

Accuracy: Double-checking spellings and placement before starting the work.

Requirements:

Prior experience in a boutique or garment workshop is preferred.

Good hand-eye coordination and a steady hand for name-printing.

Ability to work under the guidance of the Master Tailor.

Punctual, reliable, and honest.

टेलरिंग असिस्टेंट (Tailoring Helper) 10 person

मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ:

फिनिशिंग वर्क: हाथ का बारीक काम जैसे तुरपाई (Hemming), हुक-आई लगाना, बटन टांकना और सुंदर लटकन (latkans) लगाना।

फैब्रिक केयर: कटिंग से पहले कपड़े को स्टीम प्रेस करना और तैयार कपड़ों की फाइनल फिनिशिंग प्रेस करना।

मशीन का काम: कपड़ों पर इंटरलॉक (Overlock) करना और सफाई से बॉर्डर या लेस (Lace) लगाना।

रखरखाव: अपनी वर्कस्टेशन को साफ रखना और सिलाई के सामान (धागे, ज़िप आदि) को व्यवस्थित रखना।

पद 2: नेम-प्रिंटिंग / पर्सनलाइजेशन स्टाफ (Dupatta Name Artist)

मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ:

दुपट्टा कस्टमाइजेशन: दुपट्टों और शॉल पर कुशलतापूर्वक हाथ से नाम लिखना या पेंट करना।

कलात्मक सफाई: यह सुनिश्चित करना कि नाम की लिखावट (Font) सुंदर, साफ और क्लाइंट की पसंद के अनुसार हो।

फैब्रिक पेंटिंग: अच्छी क्वालिटी के फैब्रिक पेंट या कढ़ाई का उपयोग करके ब्राइडल दुपट्टों को खास बनाना।

सटीकता: काम शुरू करने से पहले स्पेलिंग और नाम की जगह (Placement) को अच्छी तरह चेक करना।

आवश्यक योग्यता (Requirements):

बुटीक या गारमेंट वर्कशॉप में काम करने का अनुभव।

नाम लिखने के लिए हाथ में सफाई और स्थिरता (Steady Hand) होनी चाहिए।

मास्टर टेलर के निर्देशों का सही ढंग से पालन करने की क्षमता।

समय का पाबंद, ईमानदार और मेहनती होना अनिवार्य है।
