To evaluate answer sheets, homework, and assignments on time and provide constructive feedback.

To maintain discipline and a positive learning environment in the classroom.

To identify weak students and provide extra support, doubt-solving, or remedial classes when required.

To maintain accurate attendance records and academic performance data of students.

To communicate students’ progress, behavior, and improvement areas to management and parents when required.

To motivate students and guide them towards academic excellence and personal growth.

To follow institute rules, teaching standards, and instructions given by the management.

To participate in academic meetings, training sessions, and planning discussions.

To help in result analysis and academic improvement strategies.

To ensure punctuality, professionalism, and dedication towards teaching responsibilities.

To support institute activities such as exams, counseling sessions, and parent-teacher meetings (PTMs).
