Team Leader (Sales)
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies for FMCG products through the reseller channel.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding the reseller network.
- Set and monitor sales targets for the team, ensuring achievement of company objectives.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and market trends.
- Develop and implement sales plans and action plans to achieve targets.
Team Leadership & Development:
- Lead, motivate, and coach a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support.
- Assign sales territories and set individual and team goals.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
Reseller Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key resellers, distributors, and retailers.
- Conduct regular meetings with resellers to discuss sales performance, opportunities, and challenges.
- Resolve issues and address concerns raised by resellers.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with resellers.
Reporting & Analysis:
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Track and monitor sales performance against targets.
