Technical Engineer

We are looking for a Solar Technical Engineer to conduct detailed site assessments for rooftop and ground-mounted solar projects, ensuring accurate system design inputs and smooth project execution

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct site surveys for residential, commercial, and industrial solar projects
• Assess roof condition, shadow analysis, orientation, and structural feasibility
• Take accurate measurements and prepare site survey reports
• Coordinate with design team for system layout and capacity planning
• Identify technical challenges and suggest feasible solutions
• Support sales team with technical inputs during pre-sales discussions
• Ensure all site data is properly documented and shared internally
• Assist in resolving technical issues during project execution

Required Skills

• Basic understanding of electrical systems and load calculations
• Good communication and coordination skills

Qualification

• B.Tech / Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical / Civil

Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Accuracy of site assessment reports
• Reduction in design/execution errors
• Number of site surveys completed
• Turnaround time for survey reports
• Support quality to sales & execution teams
