About the Role:We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller / Telesales Executive who can handle outbound and inbound calls, promote company products/services, and generate sales leads. The candidate should have good communication skills and a customer-friendly attitude.

• Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain products/services.
• Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide relevant information.
• Identify customer needs and convert inquiries into sales leads.
• Maintain a database of customer information and update call records.
• Follow up with interested customers for closures.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
• Maintain professionalism and customer service quality during all interactions.
• Coordinate with the sales team for appointments or follow-ups.
