Position Overview: We are hiring Telecallers for handling loan inquiries, customer follow-ups, and EMI collections. The candidate should have good communication skills and basic knowledge of the loan process.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Good communication skills (Hindi required, basic English preferred)

• Polite, confident, and customer-friendly

• Target-oriented and hardworking

Experience Required:

• Minimum 1–3 years experience in telecalling

• Experience in loan / NBFC / banking / collection process preferred

• Freshers with good communication can also apply

Salary:

₹10,000 – ₹18,000 per month + Incentives

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Calling:

• Call customers for loan offers, verification, and follow-ups

• Explain loan products and convince customers

Lead Handling:

• Follow up on generated leads

• Convert leads into loan applications

Collection Calling:

• Remind customers for EMI payments

• Handle overdue and pending cases

Data Entry & CRM:

• Update call details in system/CRM

• Maintain proper records of customer interaction

Customer Support:

• Resolve customer queries politely

• Escalate complex issues to seniors

Required Skills:

• Good communication and convincing skills

• Basic knowledge of loan/EMI process

• Ability to handle pressure and targets

• Basic computer knowledge
