Telecaller

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Telecaller to join our real estate sales team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, generating leads, and scheduling site visits for our ongoing and upcoming real estate projects.

• Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided data.
• Handle inbound inquiries related to real estate projects.
• Explain project details, pricing, and offers to customers.
• Generate and qualify leads based on customer interest.
• Schedule site visits and follow up regularly.
• Maintain a database of customer interactions and update CRM.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Coordinate with the sales team for closures.
• Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead generation targets.

• Required Skills:Good communication and convincing skills.
• Basic understanding of real estate sales.
• Ability to handle objections and convert leads.
• Proficiency in Hindi and basic English (local language is a plus).
• Comfortable with calling software/CRM tools.
• Positive attitude and target-driven mindset.
