Job Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers.

Explain company policy/services clearly.

Generate leads and schedule appointments.

Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.

Maintain and update customer databases.

Follow up with customers regularly.

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets.

Requirements:

Good communication skills (Hindi/English/Regional language).

Positive attitude and convincing skills.

Ability to handle rejection and work under targets.
