Telecaller

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and/or inbound calls, explaining products or services to customers, and generating leads or closing sales while maintaining excellent customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided database
• Handle inbound customer queries professionally and politely
• Explain company products/services clearly and accurately
• Generate leads, fix appointments, or close sales as per targets
• Maintain daily call records and customer information
• Follow up with interested customers on a regular basis
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets
• Address customer concerns and escalate issues when required
