Telecalling Executive

Spera Network Private Limited is hiring for multiple telecalling roles across Banking and NBFC (Non-Banking Financial Company) sectors, focusing on early-stage debt collection ("Soft Bucket"), recovery, and Video KYC (VKYC). 

Job Titles:

Telecaller - Collections (Soft Bucket & Recovery) / VKYC Executive.

Locations: Primarily Bhopal (MP Nagar) some Work From Home (WFH) options may be available.

Salary Range: ₹8,500 – ₹20,000 per month (varies by experience and location).

Working Hours: typically 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM, Monday to Saturday. 

KYC (Video Know Your Customer)

Identity Verification: Conduct live video calls with customers to verify their identity using official documents (PAN, Aadhaar) as per RBI guidelines.

Experience: Open to both Freshers and those with 1–2 years of experience in telecalling or finance.

Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of computer operations and CRM data entry.
