💼 Position Overview

We are urgently hiring Customer Support Associates for our Tele-Collection process. The role involves interacting with customers over call, assisting them with payment reminders, resolving basic queries, maintaining data accuracy, and ensuring a smooth collection process.

📝 Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to customers for payment reminders and tele-collection.

Maintain professional communication and follow the call script effectively.

Update customer information and call outcomes in the system accurately.

Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.

Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets related to calls, follow-ups, and collections.

Maintain good relationship management and ensure a positive customer experience.

Follow compliance guidelines and company policies during each interaction.

🎓 Eligibility Criteria

Minimum educational qualification: 12th Pass.

Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Must have good Hindi communication skills.

Basic understanding of customer service and calling etiquette is an advantage.

👥 Preferred Candidate Profile

Male/Female candidates both can apply.

Should be comfortable with rotational windows (9 hours shift):

8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Must be punctual, confident, and target-oriented.

Ability to handle pressure and maintain professionalism.

💰 Salary & Benefits

CTC: upto 15000 (Including PF & ESIC)

Incentives: Up to ₹10,000 per month based on performance

Statutory Benefits: PF, ESIC as per norms
