Job Description

Job Summary:As a TeleSales Expert, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, understanding their needs, presenting our products/services, and closing sales. You will act as the first point of contact for customers, building relationships that encourage repeat business and long-term partnerships.

  • Key Responsibilities:Outbound Sales Calls: Make high-volume outbound calls to potential customers, introducing them to our offerings and assessing their needs.
  • Product/Service Presentation: Explain product benefits, features, and pricing to prospects in a clear and persuasive manner.
  • Lead Qualification: Qualify and convert leads into sales opportunities based on predefined criteria.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Maintain positive relationships with prospects and clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Sales Conversion: Close sales, achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets, and meet KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
  • Database Management: Keep track of calls made, customer interactions, and follow-ups in CRM software.
  • Follow-up: Proactively follow up with leads who have shown interest but haven't made a purchase.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Reporting: Report sales activities, outcomes, and feedback to the sales manager on a regular basis.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine sales strategies and contribute to overall team goals.
  • Required Skills & Qualifications:Proven experience in tele-sales, telesales, or telemarketing (preferably in [your industry or niche]).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong listening skills with the ability to understand client needs and propose appropriate solutions.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
