We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-driven Tele Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential clients, explaining our financial products/services, and converting leads into customers through effective communication and follow-ups.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients
• Explain company products and services clearly and confidently
• Generate leads and convert them into successful sales
• Follow up with interested clients and close deals
• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer information
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Handle customer queries and provide basic support
• Work closely with the sales and support team

✅ Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum Graduate preferred
• Good communication skills in English (Hindi knowledge is a plus)
• Ability to convince and negotiate with customers
• Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset
• Basic knowledge of computers and CRM systems
• Willingness to learn about financial products
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
