Telesales Executive

Job Title: Telesales Executive (Female)

Qualification: Graduation (Mandatory)

Location: Chuna Bhatti and Lalghati Bhopal

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month + Incentives

Office Timings:

10:15 AM – 6:30 PM

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Probation Period: 3 Months

Job Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain company services clearly
• Generate leads and convert inquiries into sales
• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and client details
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
• Handle customer queries professionally and provide appropriate solutions

Key Requirements:

• Graduation is mandatory
• Good communication and convincing skills
• Confident, smart, and presentable personality
• Ability to work in a target-oriented environment
• Basic computer knowledge is preferred
• Prior telesales experience will be an advantage (freshers can apply)
