Unisex Hair Dresser

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Unisex Hairdresser to provide a full range of hair services to both male and female clients. The ideal candidate should be creative, up-to-date with the latest hair trends, and able to deliver high-quality haircuts, styling, coloring, and grooming services in a professional and customer-friendly manner.

Key Responsibilities:

Cut, style, and groom hair for both men and women.

Perform hair coloring, highlights, streaks, and other chemical treatments.

Recommend hairstyles based on client preferences, face shape, and hair type.

Provide hair care treatments such as deep conditioning, oil massages, and scalp therapy.

Wash, shampoo, condition, and blow-dry hair before and after services.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of tools, equipment, and workstation.

Stay updated with current hair trends, styles, and product knowledge.

Ensure customer satisfaction through friendly interaction and professional service.

Manage client bookings and follow salon protocols.

Qualifications:

Certification in Hairdressing or Cosmetology from a recognized institute.

Proven experience in a unisex salon or similar environment.

Skilled in using scissors, razors, clippers, straighteners, curling irons, etc.

Knowledge of different hair types, styles, and treatments.

Good communication and customer service skills.

Well-groomed, polite, and presentable personality.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in beard grooming, shaving, or men’s hair trends.

Ability to do special occasion or bridal hair styling (optional).

Knowledge of salon products and their proper usage.

Work Environment:

Salon-based role; may require working on weekends and public holidays.

Standing for long hours and working in a fast-paced environment.
