Core Responsibilities

• Talent Sourcing: Posting jobs, searching LinkedIn, job boards, and networks for candidates.
• Screening & Interviewing: Reviewing resumes, conducting initial phone/video interviews, assessing skills, and coordinating with hiring managers.
• Relationship Management: Building rapport with candidates and strong partnerships with hiring managers.
• Offer & Negotiation: Extending offers, negotiating salaries/benefits, and closing candidates.
• Compliance & Logistics: Handling US visa types (H1B, OPT, GC), tax terms (W2, C2C), and labor laws.
• Process Management: Managing the candidate pipeline, tracking metrics (time-to-fill), and reporting.
