Job Description: Vendor Relationship Executive Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Vendor Relationship Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the smooth operation of vendor-related processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Vendor Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure mutual benefits.

- Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with vendors to secure favorable terms.

- Performance Monitoring: Regularly monitor vendor performance and address any issues that arise.

- Risk Mitigation: Identify and mitigate risks associated with vendor relationships.

- Compliance: Ensure that vendor activities comply with company policies and standards.

- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to align vendor services with business needs.

- Reporting: Provide regular updates to management on vendor performance and contract status.

Qualifications:

- Minimum Graduate or ITI with basic knowledge of computers.

- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Access ETC).

- Basic Understanding of database management and ERP systems.

- Strong Attention to Detail and accuracy.

- Good Organizational Skills and time management.

- Ability to Work Independently and as part of a team.

Hiring Process:

3. CopEx Online Examination: Candidates must pass the CopEx examination, which assesses basic computer knowledge, including MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Access ETC) and basic knowledge about computer software and ERP systems. This test is crucial for our hiring process.

4. HR Interview: Candidates who pass the CopEx exam will be invited for an interview with our HR team.

5. Final Offer Letter: Successful candidates will receive a final offer letter.

6. Immediate Joining: Candidates are expected to join immediately after receiving the offer letter.

Note:

This is an urgent hiring process, and we are looking for candidates who can join us immediately. There will be a 15-day training period where we will introduce you to our working methods and our internal and ERP software systems.
