Warehouse Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, unpack, and inspect incoming shipments
• Organize and store inventory in designated locations
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
• Assist with inventory counts and cycle checks
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, or other warehouse equipment (if certified)
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the warehouse
• Support quality control and report damaged goods
• Coordinate with logistics and shipping departments
• Assist in assembling/disassembling storage racks and pallets
• Help with returns, restocking, and documentation

Required Skills & Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic computer literacy (inventory systems, email, etc.)
• Ability to lift heavy items and stand for long periods
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Team-oriented with good communication abilities
• Forklift certification (preferred but not always required)
• Familiarity with safety protocols and warehouse procedures
