Position: Godown/Warehouse & Sales Manager

Location: Govindpura Industrial Area, Bhopal

Key Responsibilities:Warehouse Management·        Handle customer orders received via phone/WhatsApp.

·        Coordinate with staff to pick, pack, and prepare material from the warehouse.

·        Check and verify that correct materials are dispatched as per order.

·        Arrange autos/transport for delivery on time.

·        Prioritize orders based on urgency and ensure smooth operations.

·        Manage overall stock movement and maintain discipline in the warehouse.

Sales & Customer Interaction·        Receive payments from customers and update records.

·        Call customers for outstanding payment collections.

·        Take repeat/new orders from customers.

·        Do cold calling and sales visits in Bhopal & Outside also.

·        Approach homeowners for railing work.

·        Visit and maintain relationships with interior designers, architects, and builders.

·        Send product images and details to customers instantly via WhatsApp/phone.

Business Development·        Expand customer base by actively pursuing new sales leads.

·        Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.

·        Support management in implementing sales growth strategies.

Requirements & Skills·        Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in warehouse/sales operations (preferred in building materials/steel/industrial products).

·        Strong communication and negotiation skills (Hindi essential, basic English preferred).

·        Must be comfortable with field sales, customer handling, and collections.

·        Ability to manage staff and ensure timely order fulfillment.

·        Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, mobile apps, and sending product images.

·        Should be proactive, responsible, and able to work independently.
