🔧 Role Overview:

Progressive Construction is hiring a Civil Site Engineer with practical experience in RCC works, site execution, and labor handling. The ideal candidate will manage on-site operations efficiently, oversee construction activities, and ensure timely project delivery. Candidates with experience working under government contractors will be preferred.

• 📋 Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise RCC, plastering, flooring, painting, and brickwork activities
• Manage site handling, labor coordination, and building material usage
• Perform quantity estimation for steel, cement, and other construction materials
• Interpret and execute architectural and structural drawings accurately
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and quality requirements
• Coordinate with project managers, vendors, and supervisors for smooth site operations
• Maintain daily reports on work progress and material consumption
