Job Description
- Male, DME / BE- Mech./ Production & 2 +y ears of experience in fabrication industry.
- Optimising the manufacturing processes to improve production efficiency, reduce costs and enhance product quality.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and new production technologies.
- Monitoring production processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards in all production activities.
- Identifying opportunities for cost reduction and process optimisation.
- Providing technical support to production teams and addressing technical issues.
- TasksAnalyse and evaluate existing manufacturing processes, identifying opportunities for optimisation.
- Design, implement and oversee improvements to the production workflows.
- Conduct root cause analysis for production-related problems and implement preventative measures.
- Collaborate with production teams to troubleshoot issues and implement corrective actions.
- Manage and take quality control measures to ensure that product specifications are met.
- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to manage the supply chain and ensure timely production.
- Develop and maintain documentation for production processes, standard operating procedures and quality standards.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in production engineering.
- Required skills and qualifications-
- DME / Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 2+ years of proven experience as a production .
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with production teams.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality and efficient production processes.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to make decisions in dynamic manufacturing environments.
- Experience with production in fabrication industry..
