Job Title:
Accounts ExecutiveJob SummaryWe are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day financial transactions, maintain accurate financial records, and support the accounting team in ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update financial records, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments
- Prepare and process invoices, bills, and expense reports
- Handle accounts payable and receivable
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow
- Assist in preparing financial statements and reports
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and company policies
- Support audits by providing necessary documentation
- Manage GST/TDS filings (if applicable)
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for financial matters
