Job Title: Admin Executive
Job Summary
The Admin Executive is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of the office. This role involves coordinating office activities, maintaining records, supporting management, and acting as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks
- Maintain and organize files, records, and documentation (physical and digital)
- Handle correspondence, emails, phone calls, and visitor coordination
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and prepare meeting minutes
- Support management with reports, presentations, and data entry
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and internal departments
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Assist with HR administrative tasks (attendance, leave records, onboarding support)
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Handle confidential information with discretion
Requirements & Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience as an Admin Executive, Administrative Assistant, or similar role
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Preferred SkillsExperience with office management systems or ERP software
- Basic knowledge of HR or accounting processes
- Strong interpersonal skills and a professional attitude
