Job Title: Admin Executive

Job Summary

The Admin Executive is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of the office. This role involves coordinating office activities, maintaining records, supporting management, and acting as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks
  • Maintain and organize files, records, and documentation (physical and digital)
  • Handle correspondence, emails, phone calls, and visitor coordination
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and prepare meeting minutes
  • Support management with reports, presentations, and data entry
  • Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and internal departments
  • Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
  • Assist with HR administrative tasks (attendance, leave records, onboarding support)
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Handle confidential information with discretion


Requirements & Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field

  • Proven experience as an Admin Executive, Administrative Assistant, or similar role
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Preferred SkillsExperience with office management systems or ERP software
  • Basic knowledge of HR or accounting processes
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a professional attitude
