📝 Job RoleThe Admission Counsellor will guide students, explain our courses, and help them select the right program. You will act as the first point of contact for students and parents, ensuring smooth admission and excellent counselling.

• 💼 Key ResponsibilitiesCounsel students and parents about Edu-Skill Programs and FirstPrep Foundation Course
• Understand student needs and recommend the suitable course
• Handle walk-ins, calls, WhatsApp enquiries, and lead follow-ups
• Convert enquiries into admissions through effective communication
• Maintain admission records and daily reports
• Coordinate with academic and operations teams for smooth onboarding
• Achieve monthly admission targets
• Participate in outreach activities, seminars, and promotional events
• 📌 Required SkillsStrong communication and counselling skills
• Ability to explain courses clearly to students and parents
• Good understanding of education, training, and competitive exam preparation
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools, WhatsApp communication)
• Positive attitude, patience, and student-friendly approach

• Experience in counselling, sales, or education sector preferred
