BODYSHOP MANAGER

Essential Duties:

 JOB LOCATION: BERHAMPUR

·    Responsible for complete Body shop of the location as per MSIL norms.

·    Ensure all targets given from the seniors are met. (Location targets as well as manpower targets)

·    Monitoring efficiency of work and processes to ensure quality repair

·    Ensure customer consent for the amount to be borne by him.

·    Ensure customer satisfaction for the work done.

·    Ensure timely delivery of Bodyshop vehicles.

·    Ensure the extent of work/damages is properly examined and communicated to all stakeholders.

·    Negotiates with insurance company representatives.

·    Completes insurance forms, indicating the estimated repair costs and making recommendations.

·    Obtains the insurer’s approval and agreement to the estimates.

·    Maintaining equipment used in the body shop and ensuring regular services and maintenance checks are monitored

·    Manage & ensure productivity of dentor, painter, technician & other staff.

·    Directing team members in handling day to day problems

·    Maintain documents related to insurance and follow up with the companies for the due payments.

·    Ensure scrap/waste oil reporting to concerned authority on monthly basis.

·    Allocation of manpower ( Denter/Painter/ Technician) as per repair work and competency.

·    Ensure load/ labour target met in bodyshop.

·    Monitor service, shop environment & safety issues.

·    Ensure to maintain zero CC/10K

·    Ensure the training status of body shop staff as per MSIL norms.

·    Ensure post service follow-up of all vehicles after 3 days of vehicle delivery and check satisfaction.

·    Ensure body shop should meet the MSIL & management  target requirement and compliances

·    Responsible for intimation to insurance company for survey & photo of vehicles, timely arrange for spares parts, completion of vehicle, approval of insurance company & final photo.

·    Coordination with spare part team to ensure parts inventory as per body shop consumption.
