🔴 URGENT REQUIREMENT – BPO MANAGER
Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 + ₹5,000 Incentive
Location: Kolkata
Experience Required: Minimum 1–2 Years (Fresher Not Allowed)

Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and handle BPO / Telecalling team
- Monitor daily targets and team performance
- Lead generation & conversion monitoring
- Handle client coordination and escalations
- Train and motivate team members
- Maintain daily reports and productivity sheet
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years experience in BPO / Tele Sales / Team Handling
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Target-oriented and pressure handling ability
- Immediate joiners preferred
- Fresher strictly not allowed
