Job Description
BPO Sales Executive / Lead Generation RoleSalary: ₹10,000 – ₹17,000 + ₹5,000 Incentive
Eligibility:
- Only experienced candidates required
- Freshers are strictly not allowed
- Job Role & Responsibilities:Generate leads through outbound/inbound calling
- Handle BPO sales process for e-commerce campaigns (Amazon / Flipkart type)
- Explain product/services to customers and close sales
- Maintain daily calling targets and conversion ratio
- Follow up with interested customers and convert into sales
- Update customer details in CRM system
- Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals
- Handle customer queries and provide proper solutions
- Skills Required:Good communication and convincing skills
- Sales-oriented mindset
- Basic computer knowledge (CRM, Excel)
- Ability to handle pressure and achieve targets
- Preferred Experience:Minimum 6 months – 2 years experience in BPO / Telecalling / Sales process
- Experience in e-commerce or similar sales process will be an added advantage
