Job Description
BPO Manager – Urgent Hiring
We are looking for an experienced BPO Manager for our office. Candidates must have prior experience in telecalling / telesales / BPO operations.
Position: BPO Manager
Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 + Incentives
Experience: Minimum 1 year required (Fresher not allowed)
Job Type: Full Time
Location: Office Based
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage telecalling / telesales team
- Handle customer calls and sales process
- Monitor team performance and target achievement
- Support team in lead conversion and sales closing
- Maintain basic reports in Excel
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience in BPO / Telecalling / Telesales
- Good communication skills in Hindi & English
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel
- Immediate joining preferred
