Experienced Candidates (Age 30-45 Years) with Minimum 5 years of managerial & Sales experience in Banks, NBFC or any Finance Company,

Details Of Job BRANCH HEAD Profile:-

● The Branch Manager is overall in-charge & responsible for Business development and efficient running & managing of the branch including operations, Lending, Product Sales, cross sell, Customer Service, Security and Safety in accordance with the Company's objectives/Guidelines.

● He needs to ensure a superior level of customer relations and promote the sales and service culture.

● He needs to achieve individual, Branch and Region Targets /goals through implementation of new innovative /effective business strategies. ● Handling branch teams, guiding them, training them for best customer services. Handling HNI customers. ● Error-free audit reports and proper compliance being followed at the branch. ● Maintaining punctuality, discipline and high level of morality in tune with the ethics & values of Muthoot Group.

● Cost control. Package :- Fixed Salary + Product Incentives + Bonus (yearly) + Foreign trips (Based on Performance.
