Job Title: Business Development Executive (Inside Sales & Operations)


Experience: 0–3 Years (High ownership mindset preferred)

Role Overview


We are looking for a highly driven and versatile Business Development Executive who can operate as a one-person revenue engine - handling lead generation, inside sales, client communication, and basic support/operations.


This is not a typical sales role. You will be responsible for end-to-end business flow, from first contact to closure and post-sale coordination.


Key Responsibilities


1. Inside Sales & Lead Conversion


  • Reach out to inbound and outbound leads via calls, email, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp
  • Understand client requirements and pitch relevant solutions
  • Convert leads into paying customers and meet revenue targets
  • Maintain strong follow-ups and pipeline tracking


2. Lead Generation


  • Identify and generate new leads through multiple channels (LinkedIn, databases, referrals, etc.)
  • Build and maintain a qualified sales pipeline


3. Client Relationship Management


  • Act as the single point of contact for clients
  • Build long-term relationships and ensure client satisfaction
  • Handle queries, objections, and negotiations professionally
  • 4. Support & CoordinationAssist clients with onboarding and basic support queries
  • Coordinate with internal teams (tech/ops) for delivery and issue resolution
  • Ensure smooth execution of client requirements


5. Operations & Reporting


  • Maintain CRM updates and sales reports
  • Track performance metrics, conversions, and revenue
  • Suggest improvements in sales process and customer journey
  • Required Skills & TraitsStrong communication & persuasion skills
  • High ownership mindset (“I will get it done” attitude)
  • Ability to multitask across sales, support, and operations
  • Comfortable with targets and fast-paced startup environment
  • Basic understanding of CRM tools, Excel, and digital communication
  • Problem-solving and client-handling ability
  • PreferredExperience in inside sales / B2B sales / SaaS sales
  • Prior startup experience or handling multiple roles
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach and cold calling
