Job Title: Business Development Executive (Inside Sales & Operations)
Experience: 0–3 Years (High ownership mindset preferred)

Role Overview
We are looking for a highly driven and versatile Business Development Executive who can operate as a one-person revenue engine - handling lead generation, inside sales, client communication, and basic support/operations.
This is not a typical sales role. You will be responsible for end-to-end business flow, from first contact to closure and post-sale coordination.
Key Responsibilities
1. Inside Sales & Lead Conversion
- Reach out to inbound and outbound leads via calls, email, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp
- Understand client requirements and pitch relevant solutions
- Convert leads into paying customers and meet revenue targets
- Maintain strong follow-ups and pipeline tracking
2. Lead Generation
- Identify and generate new leads through multiple channels (LinkedIn, databases, referrals, etc.)
- Build and maintain a qualified sales pipeline
3. Client Relationship Management
- Act as the single point of contact for clients
- Build long-term relationships and ensure client satisfaction
- Handle queries, objections, and negotiations professionally
- 4. Support & CoordinationAssist clients with onboarding and basic support queries
- Coordinate with internal teams (tech/ops) for delivery and issue resolution
- Ensure smooth execution of client requirements
5. Operations & Reporting
- Maintain CRM updates and sales reports
- Track performance metrics, conversions, and revenue
- Suggest improvements in sales process and customer journey
- Required Skills & TraitsStrong communication & persuasion skills
- High ownership mindset (“I will get it done” attitude)
- Ability to multitask across sales, support, and operations
- Comfortable with targets and fast-paced startup environment
- Basic understanding of CRM tools, Excel, and digital communication
- Problem-solving and client-handling ability
- PreferredExperience in inside sales / B2B sales / SaaS sales
- Prior startup experience or handling multiple roles
- Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach and cold calling
