Job Description
We are looking for a Chat Support Representative to provide exceptional customer service through online chat platforms. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and deliver a positive customer experience while maintaining the company’s professional standards.
- Key ResponsibilitiesRespond promptly to customer queries via live chat, email, or messaging platforms.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers by using the right tools and resources.
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Resolve product or service issues by clarifying customer complaints and determining the best solution.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to higher-level support teams when necessary.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
