Job Description

We are looking for a Chat Support Representative to provide exceptional customer service through online chat platforms. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and deliver a positive customer experience while maintaining the company’s professional standards.


  • Key ResponsibilitiesRespond promptly to customer queries via live chat, email, or messaging platforms.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers by using the right tools and resources.
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Resolve product or service issues by clarifying customer complaints and determining the best solution.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to higher-level support teams when necessary.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
  • Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets (e.g., response time, resolution rate, CSAT).
  • Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience.
