About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Civil Engineer with at least 1 year of hands-on experience in apartment or building construction projects. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of construction processes, site supervision, and quality control to ensure smooth execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure timely completion of work.
• Assist in planning, execution, and monitoring of construction projects.
• Ensure compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and labor teams for smooth workflow.
• Prepare daily progress reports and maintain proper site documentation.
• Monitor the usage of materials and minimize wastage.
• Support senior engineers in project management and technical tasks.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in apartment/building construction projects.
• Good knowledge of construction materials, methods, and site execution.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Strong problem-solving and site management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD (preferred).
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
