Civil Site Engineer

Job Description:

We are hiring a Civil Engineer for our real estate projects. The candidate should have strong knowledge of reading and understanding construction drawings and experience in site execution. This role involves coordinating site activities, ensuring quality work, and supporting timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Read and interpret architectural, structural, and working drawings
• Execute site work as per approved drawings and specifications
• Supervise daily construction activities at the site
• Coordinate with contractors, architects, and consultants
• Ensure quality, safety, and compliance with standards
• Check measurements, quantities, and material usage
• Identify drawing discrepancies and report for clarification
• Maintain site records, reports, and documentation

Requirements

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
• 1–5 years of experience in real estate or building construction
• Strong ability to read construction drawings
• Knowledge of RCC, finishing works, and site execution
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD is preferred
• Good communication and coordination skills
