Job Description
- Prepare and cook a variety of continental dishes as per standard recipes and presentation guidelines
- Ensure quality, taste, and consistency of all food served
- Handle mise en place and kitchen preparation for daily operations
- Maintain hygiene and food safety standards as per company policies
- Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory control
- Ensure proper storage of raw materials and ingredients
