Job SummaryWe are looking for a proactive and customer-focused CRM Executive – Telecalling who will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, managing customer data in the CRM system, generating leads, and supporting the sales team. The role requires excellent communication skills, follow-up ability, and accuracy in data handling.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound telecalling to prospective and existing customers for lead generation, follow-ups, and appointment scheduling
  • Handle inbound customer calls and respond to inquiries professionally
  • Update and maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system
  • Assign and track leads to the sales team and monitor follow-up status
  • Coordinate with sales, marketing, and service teams to ensure smooth communication
  • Follow up on quotations, proposals, payments, and customer feedback
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead reports
  • Resolve basic customer concerns and escalate issues when required
  • Ensure adherence to company communication standards and CRM processes
  • Required Skills & CompetenciesExcellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confidence in telecalling and customer interaction
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, CRM software)
  • Ability to manage multiple follow-ups and work under targets
  • Good listening, persuasion, and problem-solving skills
  • Professional attitude with customer-first mindset
  • Educational QualificationGraduate / Diploma (Any stream)
  • MBA / PG in Marketing or Sales will be an added advantage
  • Experience Fresher or up to 3 years of experience in telecalling, CRM, customer support, or sales coordination
  • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Number of calls made per day
  • Leads generated and qualified
