Customer Relationship Officer

A Customer Relationship Officer (CRO) builds and maintains positive, long-term relationships with clients to ensure high satisfaction, retention, and loyalty. They act as the primary point of contact for inquiries, complaints, and service needs, utilizing CRM systems to track interactions, resolve issues effectively, and identify opportunities for upselling or improving the customer experience. 

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Support & Issue Resolution: Respond to client queries via phone, email, or in-person, providing prompt solutions to complaints.
• Relationship Management: Proactively contact customers to ensure satisfaction, promote loyalty, and handle onboarding.
• Data Management: Use CRM software to track interactions, maintain accurate records, and analyze customer data for insights.
• Collaboration: Work with internal teams (sales, marketing, product) to address customer needs and improve service quality.
