• Creativity & adaptability: staying updated on trends and pivoting as per the demands.

• SEO: Understanding key words, search engine optimisation, and paid search for visibility

• Data Analytics: Using tools like whatsapp business analytics, google analytics to understand

the platform efficiency and insights

• Feedback regularisation: Capitalising and timely response to feedback on various platforms -

Google, Facebook & Instagram

• Initiative & self-motivating: Managing calendars, meeting deadlines, researching competitors,

staying updates, etc. have to be all very self-driven and self-initiated

• Community management: Engaging with posts in social media platforms and building brand
