Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager

Job Summary

The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing digital marketing strategies for multiple clients of the agency. The role focuses on managing social media channels, developing content strategies, analyzing performance metrics, and driving measurable growth in brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation.

The candidate will work closely with the graphic design team, content creators, and production teams to ensure consistent and high-quality marketing output. This role also supports the agency’s own digital presence and contributes to the development of innovative marketing campaigns that deliver results for clients.

  • Digital Marketing Manager – Job DescriptionKey ResponsibilitiesSocial Media ManagementManage and oversee all social media channels for agency clients, including platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and others where relevant.
  • Ensure consistent posting schedules, brand tone, and audience engagement across platforms.
  • Monitor social media interactions and maintain professional communication with audiences where required.
  • Content Strategy & PlanningDevelop monthly and quarterly content calendars aligned with each client’s brand goals and marketing strategy.
  • Plan content themes, campaigns, and storytelling formats to increase engagement and brand visibility.
  • Work closely with the graphic design team and video production team to ensure timely creation and delivery of content.
  • Performance Monitoring & ReportingTrack and analyze weekly, monthly, and annual marketing performance metrics across digital platforms.
  • Prepare structured performance reports highlighting growth, engagement, reach, and conversion metrics.
  • Identify areas of improvement and recommend data-driven strategy adjustments to improve campaign results.
  • Lead Generation & Paid AdvertisingPlan and execute paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and other relevant channels.
  • Optimize campaigns to generate qualified leads for the sales team.
  • Monitor ad performance, manage budgets, and improve ROI through continuous optimization.
  • Brand Growth & Conversion StrategyImplement marketing strategies aimed at increasing brand awareness, audience engagement, and customer conversions for clients.
  • Analyze audience insights, trends, and competitor activity to strengthen campaign effectiveness.
  • Continuously experiment with new content formats, reels, short videos, and interactive content to drive growth.
  • Collaboration & CoordinationCoordinate closely with the graphic design team, video production team, and marketing strategists to execute campaigns effectively.
  • Ensure creative assets are delivered on time and align with the planned content calendar.
  • Assist in briefing creative teams for design and video requirements.
  • Content SupportAssist in content ideation and caption writing for social media posts.
  • Contribute ideas for reels, short videos, and digital storytelling formats.
  • Ensure brand consistency in messaging and visual identity.
  • Agency Brand SupportSupport the agency’s own social media presence and digital branding activities.
  • Contribute to marketing campaigns that promote the agency’s services, portfolio, and success stories.
  • Market Research & TrendsStay updated with latest digital marketing trends, algorithm updates, and platform changes.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and audience research to refine marketing strategies.
  • Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing or social media management (agency experience preferred).
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics tools, and digital marketing strategies.
  • Experience in paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.).
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.
  • Strong communication, content planning, and coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in Canva for basic design and quick creative editing.
  • Familiarity with content scheduling tools and marketing analytics platforms is preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
