Job Summary

Humma Dairy and Agro Ventures Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Dispatch Supervisor to manage daily dispatch operations at our dairy plant in Mancheswar, Bhubaneswar. Candidates must be comfortable with rotational shifts and the salary range mentioned. Immediate joiners are required.

• Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily dispatch operations of dairy products
• Ensure timely loading and dispatch as per dispatch schedules
• Coordinate with production, logistics, and transport teams
• Maintain dispatch records, invoices, and delivery documentation
• Monitor stock movement and ensure FIFO practices
• Ensure hygiene, safety, and food quality standards during dispatch
• Manage dispatch manpower and duty allocation
• Resolve dispatch-related operational issues
• Requirements & Qualifications1–3 years of experience in dispatch/logistics (dairy/FMCG preferred)
• Knowledge of dispatch processes and inventory handling
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Basic computer knowledge preferred
• Salary & BenefitsSalary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month
• Food provided by the company
